Magazine Cover

Well you can all imagine my excitement today when I realized my images were on two magazine covers! My images are on the cover of Milwaukee Family Fall & Winter issue and Tots Trends Weekly. I am so honored that both magazines wanted to use my images.

Meet little Ryan. He was such a joy to photograph and my easiest newborn to date. He slept the entire time and let me bend and twist him into different positions without a peep. And I cannot forget about big sister Emma. She is just a doll. We had lots of fun playing hide and go seek. Thank you for a fun morning. I’ll be in touch with your gallery soon!

Positively glowing

As I was proofing this session I felt mom deserved a post of her own because she is just positively glowing! I am in love with these images. They just make me smile. As I was photographing I felt like what is so different here and ah ha I had never photographed maternity pictures exculsively outside before. I loved it and wow was it so worth it. Mom you are stunning!

Jake

Meet Jake a high school senior I had the pleasure of photographing resently. During our session at his home I asked Jake if he had any ideas. He said no and then all of a sudden he found a field and a rail road crossing and he had ideas! I just love that! Don’t you think he looks like a Ambercombie model? I had a fun night and can’t wait for you to see your gallery.

Fun with my girls

On Saturday my girls and I traveled up North to visit with one of my photography friends and have a little session with Miss Jenny. Here are some fun shots of Sawyer, Tatum, and Kenadie. Miss Jenny has an entire closet full of petti skirts, hats, and fun trendy clothes. I had fun picking out outfits. Jenny did take some pictures with me and the girls and as soon as I see them I will post a few here. Also wanted to say “thank you” to Ashley at JCrew who helped me put some outfits together and found these great ice cream tanks for me on the sale rack! If you are looking for great clothes for pictures go to JCrew and ask for Ashley. She will help you put it all together–they were all great there. Please let her know I sent you!

There is this great old carriage house that I wish I could pick up and take back home with me. The light here is unbelievable and the picture that could be taken are endless.
Miss Jenny picked out this outfit. It is all her vision–thank you Jenny! Turned out adorable.

Calendar

Just a quick note about my Fall calendar. I am currently booked for August. In September I have one or possibly two weekend spots open, but do have a few weekday availability. In October I have four weekend spots available, but again more weekday availability. I am also putting together all the details for a mini session date. This would be a good choice for you if you have already had a session with me this year, are wanting holiday card images, holiday gift images, or if you want an introduction to lifestyle photography. More details to come soon.

Model Material

These two gorgeous brother and sister are definitely model material don’t you agree? I had so much fun with them on Sunday morning. Jack’s smile is infectious and Ella’s sweetness is contagious. Jen and Eric your children and beautiful. I am so excited for you to see all your images. You will love them!

So sweet

Miss Saylor is just so sweet and adorable. When I first arrived mom said she was affraid she might not make it long because she was acting tired–well look at these great images! Thank you for a fun morning and for braving the humidity with me. Have a great weekend!

I just love this last one because she is looking at daddy as he was sitting there ready to catch her is she fell. How sweet is that.
