{Happy Birthday Sawyer!}

My oldest daughter turned 7 on Saturday and we spent the day in Chicago at the American Girl Store! What a fun and exhausting day. We took the train down and rode in cabs all day. The girls just had a blast. All three got their very own American Girl doll and we had a birthday lunch with them–fun fun day! I decided not to bring my camera and just wear the “hat” of mom that day. I did however, bring my old camera and shot in auto the entire day (even used my on camera flash!) So that said I wanted to show one image of my sweet sweet girl at lunch with her doll-remember just a snapshot from the day. Happy Birthday Sawyer–love you to the moon and back–mom.

we have dolls similar to those here in canada as well. my daughter has been collecting them for several years now. they are called maplea dolls. she absolutely LOVES them too!
