I am always so honored when families come back to see me time and time again. I love to see how everyone has grown and love to hear toddlers little voices…so magical. Sweet Miss Avlynn came to see me for her one year portraits and we had so much fun at the Oconomowoc studio. She had mom and dad working, but we got some awesome portraits and I am so excited to share them with you.

It was so fun to see Mr. Jason again. He is one now and still as cute as can be. Every session I just love his big brown eyes and I crack up on how he can be silly and funny and then as soon as I raise my camera he looks into it with this serious look/pose. I love it! Kamilah and Jason thank you so much for sharing this past year with me and allowing me to document your sweet family.

I wanted to share a few images from a sunset shoot with my girls. Oh how I miss the warm golden light of summer/early fall already…well we have next year! This was a last minute squeeze it in shoot before we lost the light and I have to say it is some of my favorite light and favorite images of them..but of course I would think that because they are mine :)! Love you girls…to the moon and back.
I hope these get people thinking about sunset shoots and putting your faith in me for location and style of shoot.

This family had the perfect recipe for a dreamy fall portrait session. They were adorable, loved being with each other, dressed so fun and uniquely, so laid back and fun and willing to do whatever I asked them to do. It was so much fun and I got some AMAZING images for them. I know some of these will end up on the walls at the studio. Warning there are a lot here.

I had so much fun with these amazing family. I knew it would be fun because mom is a creative person too (she paints these colorful beautiful canvases). For anyone who has been to the studio this is “spider man” I had a framed 20×30 of Sullivan in his Halloween costume from last year. He still LOVES spider man, but no costume this year. He actually drew a picture of spider man for me on the side of the building. Now I will have to show it below…super cute. I had a great time with this adorable family a few weeks ago. We started out in the studio and ended at one of my favorite spots. It was so hot that day, but they were troopers. Mom’s eye are just stunning and little Elisabeth has them too. I am really hoping for one of these to be a big canvas for their home (otherwise I might have to get one for the studio!)
